What marketing opportunities can you offer exhibitors?

We offer a number of free marketing opportunities for existing exhibitors or sponsors. Our key priority is to make your investment as valuable as possible. With that in mind, we deliver a strong marketing campaign to attract the highest level of attendees, here are some of the channels we use:

What kind of stand packages are available?

  • Standard Space-Only Package: Suited to those looking to custom-build their stands as it provides more flexibility in design.
  • Shell-Scheme Package: The more economical all-inclusive option to save you time in building your stand, we’ll do it for you and provide you with standard furniture.
  • Enhanced Stand Branding Package: Enhance your shell-scheme stand by adding professional branding to your booth to increase your visibility.

Where can I download the brochure or post-show report?

 

How do I access the exhibitor zone?

Access to the exhibitor zone is available around 3 months prior to the show. A welcome email will be sent to all exhibitors including a link to log in to the exhibitor zone, as well as your Username and Password.

 

I have misplaced/ cannot find my log in details for the exhibitor zone

Do you provide a stand building service?

Whilst we do not provide this service ourselves, we work with an excellent stand building team based locally in Nigeria; to get in touch for a quote, you can email Jamie.Pearson@montex.co.uk.

 

Where can I order additional furniture and equipment for my stand?

Once your stand is confirmed, you will be able to order additional furniture, electricity and branding within the online Exhibitor Zone by filling out Form 5 ‘Furniture and equipment hire’. Simply login using your unique username and password sent to you upon confirmation in your Exhibitor Pack.  

 

How do I register staff passes?

Once your stand is confirmed, you will be able to order staff badges within the online Exhibitor Zone by filling out Form 4 ‘Exhibitor badges’. Simply login using your unique username and password sent to you upon confirmation in your Exhibitor Welcome Pack.  

 

How do I invite my customers?

There are a number of ways to invite your customers. The event is FREE to attend, so all you need to do is forward an email with the official registration link. This link isn't currently available as registration is not yet live. You will be notified once we go live. 

Within your Exhibitor Welcome Pack, you’ll have links to download free email signature banners, web banners and digital invites to send your customers. If you have any trouble downloading these, please email Abby.Cairns@montex.co.uk.

 

Can I invite customers as VIPs?

Yes, you can submit your VIP recommendations within the Exhibitor Zone. Simply fill out the contact details for your recommendations via Form 8 ‘Exhibitor VIPS’ and submit to Abby.Cairns@montex.co.uk.

Your contacts will then be notified of their invitation and the inviting company, they can then choose to register or not.

 

Can I hire a device to capture leads at the show?

Yes. You can do this via the Exhibitor Zone, in Form 5 ‘Furniture and equipment hire’. Simply login using your unique username and password sent to you upon confirmation in your Exhibitor Welcome Pack.  

 

When can I gain access to the hall to set up my stand?

Build up for Securex West Africa 2019 will begin from 10am Sunday 14th of April (this day will be for Stand Builders only) then everyone will have full access to the halls from midday on Monday 15th April 2019.

 

What is the delivery address of the venue so I can send items ahead of time?
