2021 Nominations now open!
What are the OSPAs?
Now in their forth year, the Nigeria OSPAs serve to acknowledge the infinite contributions that companies, initiatives, teams and individuals make to the security industry and wider community. The awards recognise exceptional industry talent and innovation in different categories.
Marked independently by the esteemed judging panel, winners represent the very best in the industry.
The categories and criteria for the 2021 Nigerian OSPAs are listed below. The criteria for the OSPAs entries are decided centrally by the OSPAs, and are the same across all participating countries.
To enter, you will be asked to answer 2 questions for each category, with a maximum word count of 300 words per answer (answers much shorter than this may not be accepted). Please note that it is important that all the entry criteria are covered in the submission, as judges can only provide their scores against the information that is submitted on the entry. External links and attachments are not permitted.
The judges are responsible for awarding the winners and finalists of each category. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The award organisers also reserve the right to not award a category if circumstances deem it necessary.
The Lifetime Achievement award will be chosen by the Judges of the Nigerian OSPAs and announced on the evening of the awards ceremony.
Please read the category descriptions and criteria below before entering. You will also need to read the entrants code of ethics before submitting your entry. To read the code of ethics, please click here.
The deadline for submission is the 1st March 2021 so don't delay!
