The Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) have partnered with Securex West Africa to deliver the third annual Nigeria OSPAs; winners will be announced virtually as part of a Thought Leadership Webinar on 28th August 2020.
To kick off the event, the OSPAs will be hosting a panel discussion on “The Impact of Covid-19 in Nigeria: what has been the impact and the security response?” at 11am WAT. This webinar will address:
- What challenges are emerging for the security sector in the next stage of coping with Covid-19?
- How has the security sector been doing: a success or failure?
- What factors will most influence the development of security in Nigeria and how can they be influenced?
The session will be chaired by OSPAs founder, Professor Martin Gill, who will be joined by an esteemed panel of experts.
The awards presentation will take place at 11.45 WAT and winners will be revealed in 7 categories from a selection of outstanding finalists.
The event is free to attend providing the opportunity to celebrate and recognise some of the most exceptional players in the Nigerian Security industry, whilst also providing the chance for attendees to listen to a panel of esteemed speakers and pose questions to them.
