Cp. Yetunde Longe’s journey to the Force was inspired by the police practice in far away United States of America. She did an internship at the New York Police Defence Academy, United States of America and that piqued her interest in serving her country through the Nigeria Police Force. Born in Lagos State where she is from, she attended Lagos Anglican Girls Grammar School, Surulere Lagos (1980) and City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice (1986). She has risen through the ranks, serving in several capacities to become, the Commissioner Of Police, Railway Command Headquarters, Ebute Metta, Lagos
