Dennis Amachree, holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin (1978), a Master’s degree from the California State University (1980) and the ASIS Certificate for Security Executives from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (2010).
Former Assistant Director, State Security Service.
Country manager for two oil and gas industry companies. Senior Regional Security Director for General Electric Company in Sub-Sahara Africa. Started security department for GE operations in Angola, South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Cameroun. He retired from GE in 2014 and started Zoomlens Security Solutions, a security consultancy in Lagos.
He was Regional Vice President (Region 44 – West & Central Africa) for ASIS International in 2006 - 2008. Dennis is a Fellow of many professional security institutions. He was awarded the Nigerian National Honours Award of Member of the Order of the Niger (MON).
